HK DAY 3-4

hello guys! finally back with my continual hong kong post. drafting this at 12:14AM right now because i've been so busy running errands, i can't even sit down infront of my computer and relax. haven't had the time to pack for my next trip which is just in 4 days time 0.0 ...

so anyway, as the post title says day 3-4. we spent most of our time roaming around and exploring since it was the weekend and didn't want to go to any tourist attractions like ocean park etc.

fish balls boiled in curry. which seems to be damn popular there. it's so-so.. you should try it tho. it's really cheap!

my outfit that day, cross studded pullover from TLX

so anyway, to my surprise, i really didn't buy much at all.. so i decided to buy a new camera (yea i know, again.. cus i'm a sucker for this kinda stuff). also because i've been eyeing on it for quite awhile after i tested it out when i met up with mae!! and they were like having their own version of an IT fair. and it was about $100 cheaper + more freebies!! how could i say no!! so i swiped my card and left smiling happily lika fool.

and everything after this paragraph was already evening after exploring the entire mongkok area. we were so tired of walking, we went back to the hotel to rest (and of course, test my new cam hehe) before heading down to temple street where they sell electronics etc etc which my boyfriend likes!

so we quickly left before we got too comfortable in our room. hahaha our plan was to rest for 15 minutes but ended up resting for 40 mins LOL.

strips and strips and strips of LED lights. it was so damn blinding... this photo doesn't even do justice. so anyway, don't go there unless you're looking for... lol idk man. there's rly nth much there. we wandered off to look for somewhere to eat. and settled for this authentic looking hk restaurant

so our day ended, and this was all i bought... hahaha at least i scored these two shirts at $3.20 each. regretted not buying more... hahaha

so.. moving on to day two, another day of walking and walking and walking. but this time we went to causeway bay where i actually managed to shop.. AT FOREVER21. which is pointless cus we have it here in sgp -_-

btw, a little side track here. contact lenses worn for my entire trip was sponsored by ML. i wore them from 9AM in the morning till 10PM everyday and my eyes were comfy and didn't give a single problem. hehe and i absolutely love this subtle colour!! my fav so far :3

so continuing, breakfast at the restaurant downstairs our hotel. hehe

my ootd that day which can't really be seen because i was wearing a jacket. and zipped it all up.

a gigantic apple store that my bf asked me to snap a pic of.

came across this outside of times square and just had to act like we were in japan. wahaha. i even remembered posting this on instagram + a little editing, one of my friends actually believed that we hopped on to japan. LOL!!

spotted this bunch of dogs while shopping at F21!! so i quickly paid and went over to see. SO CUTE RIGHT THIS FLUFFY PUG!! and this dog is rly huge.. pics doesn't do justice.

i was happily petting all of them until my bf told me that they were all sick dogs that needed funds to help them see vets etc.. so i donated some.. LOL

me looking psychotic petting a fluffy pug LOL

dropped by the highly raved about hui liu shan which served deserts. so we ordered the mango platter. it was pretty awesome.. so refreshing

ended our day with more walking. so we returned back to our hotel and got some cup noodles from circle K because we were too tired to find a place to eat. hehe.

so finally this looooooong post has come to an end (1:20AM x.x) and i will be back hopefully soon to continue on with day 5-6!! DON'T FORGET TO CHECK OUT MY FLEA IN THE POST BELOW!! :)

HOOT! flea

Good morning all!! if you guys follow me on twitter, you should know that i've been complaining about how i desperately need to join a flea to clear my wardrobe. so... i decided to ORGANIZE one with my bestfriend!! it'll will be happening early next month, and you are all cordially invited to come and take part too! i would very much appreciate all your support to help spread the word! :D i'll be selling ALOT of clothes and accessories etc. from my own wardrobe > old stock from previous collections from $5 - $20! more details are in the banner and below!

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE

just a little bit more information, this is not a super duper massive event, so you don't have to worry about squeezing/ over crowding and not being noticed! we aim to achieve a nice and smooth experience for all shopping or selling! do note that there are limited racks and tables for all. so i would recommend you bring your own rack and hangers just in case. also to be fair, i'll be going by a "first come first serve" basis. so book earlier to get the best spots! :)

HOPE TO SEE YOU GUYS THERE!

HK DAY 1 & 2

hello all!! if you guys follow me on instagram, you should know that i went on a week long holiday with my boyfriend to hongkong!!!! it was an extremely anticipated trip. we waited 4 months for it. i almost died waiting for the trip to begin. but as usual... holidays end in a blink of an eye. :( it was a good holiday tho. me and my bf didn't have to worry about being judged since we were in a foreign country.

so anyway, as the title says day 1-3, it shall be day 1-3 then. when we arrived on the first day, it was already 10PM, and we still had to get our sim cards etc etc. by the time we checked into the hotel, it was about 11PM after the long cab ride. so we just dumped our bags in our room and quickly went down to get some dinner/ supper and supplies for the rest of the trip!

*my bf doesn't know how to fake a smile*

and finally after a long and dreadful flight + a looooong cab ride to our hotel.. we finally went to get some supper. thankfully, opposite our hotel was 7'11 and another convenience store called Circle K, and there was this eatery which had tons of things to eat and was really cheap, food tasted good too!

carrying on today 2, we went to disney land! and it was the second time for me. and i do admit that i got a little bored and was falling asleep almost everywhere. but but boyfriend hasn't been so yeap! *please excuse our touristy poses*

our light morning snack, cupped corn and fishball siew mai. hahaha

my enthu boyfriend's phone wallpaper -----___________________-------

a shitty pic of me and the disney land train!

my father *go figure!*

me and my turkey leg again LOL

so anyway, our first stop at disney land was tarzan's tree house! we took this boat thingy and went around the tree house and saw.. animals..

me on the bridge to tarzan's house. and my turkey leg again. hehe

my bf acting like a kid. he ALWAYS do this kind of things k. as long as its something interactive, he'll try it for sure.

and my bf looking pissy cus he kept asking me to take pictures of the scenery but i just kept taking pictures of myself HAHAHAH.

so we moved on to this other part of disney land which i've never seen.. and there was only one ride that i enjoyed which me and my bf sat thrice. haha

and off to toy's story land~~

we didn't sit on any of the rides tho. one was to hard core, one was too lame, one was too high.. so.. yeap

by then me and my boyfriend were already pretty bored and tired.. haha so we tried to go recuperate by getting something to eat.

and so.. our journey continues

this was really my first time seeing a disney parade! and i kept on going like "OMG! JUNGLE BOOK! OMG! TINKERBELL! OMG! BLABALBAL"

last photo of disney land hong konggg!! byeeee. so we headed off to east tsim sha tsui, where my boyfriend want to go to this place called the avenue of stars. which was actually nothing much. because its like.. tiles with famous people's names on it? haha but there was a really nice view and a light show at 8PM which was too foggy to even see.

so thats all for day 1 and 2! it was really tiring. my calves were already aching after walking the whole of disney land. so until next time for day 3-5! which is nothing much because we spent those days shopping! :)
